The room was outdated but it was clean, the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again. They do need to put more than one coffee filter.
Johana I believe to be the manager was such a kind person who showed me and my best friend such hospitality. She went beyond our expectations to make us feel as if we were family. I highly recommend the Regency for anyone traveling to Eureka Springs whether it be a overnight or a vacation. Thank you again! The room was very clean and the check-in and check-out was flawless. I will definitely use this hotel in any future visits. James
Very nice owners! We love them. Very clean building, parking lot and rooms. We stayed for about a week. Very affordable. If you want a good place to stay while seeing The Great Passion Play then you need to stay here. It is just one mile from the front gate. Plus she will sell you tickets to the play and give you all the information you need to know.
We were a group of 26. Joe and Johana went out of their way to secure our rooms in a very busy time of the season. They were able to take care of getting our tickets to the “Passion Play” and the buffet. Whatever we needed, they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We would highly recommend “The Regency Inn” of Eureka Springs.
Absolutely Wonderful place to stay! The Roos are clean, very comfortable beds. You are in good hands at this place…we stayed here with church group, had amazing time! Each one of us were touched by the couple that runs this hotel, God Bless them both!!
It was my experience that this is the best staff at any hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. The rooms were not fancy, but they were extremely clean and well stocked. The area was very quiet no road noises. I will definitely be back anytime. I’m in this area..
Have never been taken care of , in a hotel, the way they did for us. From the very beginning the whole staff was super friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean,We were located close to EVERYTHING!!! I would like to recommend this place to everybody. The person that truly made the stay so awesome was, Johana, she was the best, she made my birthday special
Loved this place. Nothing fancy, but Clean and so close to the Great Passion Play. The owners are super nice and helpful with local area. Budget friendly and close to everything in Eureka.
